You’ve been looking for help with the anxiety and perfectionism.
You are worn out worrying about everyone, everything and yourself. You know something has to change, but who do you trust to help you make that happen? Scrolling through the list of therapists on google is overwhelming and you just want someone who understands and is an expert in helping people transform.
We believe and know that to have a positive outcome in therapy, you have to find the right therapist for you. Success is built on the trust and relationship you have with the person helping you. We have a team of therapists, all who are skilled in helping with body image, eating disorders and anxiety as well as looking at the relationships of each person who walks through our doors so that as you feel better, so do the relationships around you.
Who we are:

Eating Disorder, Body Image, and Anxiety Therapist
When you look in the mirror, you don’t love what you see staring back at you. You feel critical of how your life is going, who you are, and how others may perceive you. Your thoughts are spinning and self-criticism feels never-ending. You may have tried perfecting, overachieving, or pleasing others in an attempt to feel better. Maybe you’ve dieted, restricted, over-eaten, or exercised excessively to cope. But no matter what you do, you feel like you’re falling short and things have not improved. Your anxiety is on overdrive, and you’re tired.
I’m passionate about helping my clients learn specialized tools to combat unrelenting internal chatter and address difficult emotions. With these skills, clients will be able to experience relief from anxiety, establish a healthy relationship with food, make peace with their body, and restore balance in their lives. If you are ready to have perfectionism, anxiety & self-criticism in your rearview mirror, please reach out. I look forward to helping you feel connected & whole again.
My areas of expertise include eating disorders, anxiety, shame, perfectionism, stress management, life transitions, and self-acceptance.
