YAY We are Hiring!

Therapist Position (part-time & full-time positions)

When you look at your schedule for the day a smile erupts on your face because you are actually looking forward to seeing all of your clients that day. You LOVE doing therapy and you are looking forward to seeing your ideal clients for not just a session here or there but every day! You are a licensed mental health professional, ethical, well trained, and you are pretty good with almost anyone that comes in the door, but come alive when you are working with people who struggle with anxiety, perfectionism and being way too hard on themselves in the process.  As you start to work with them they feel alive & energized and your client feels like you totally get them & their struggles and they feel hopeful that the will actually love their life again. The problem is, in your current employment, you don’t get to have those kinds of therapy sessions very often or if you do the amount of time spent in meetings & charting it is truly starting to wear you down.

You’ve thought about private practice, but the truth is- You want the freedom to see clients in a private practice setting without the pressure and overwhelm of running a business.

You get excited about talking to people, sharing what you do, and even enjoy giving a talk to the community from time to time; but you don’t want to be bogged down with accounting, bookkeeping, business planning, and search engine optimization!  You’d really love to find a private practice where you made more money than the agency you are working at, but even more than that, you’d like to feel like you were a part of a truly awesome community, where you are valued and respected for your skillsets and talents as a clinician. You want to be excited about seeing your coworkers, collaborating with others, and experiencing support from your community.  You want to be in a setting where you have time and support from your team to improve your clinical skills, not just staying bogged down in treatment team meetings or in endless paperwork, all of which detract you from what you love, being a better clinician.
